The Best Restaurants to Spot Celebrities in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

Hot spots to have lunch in Beverly Hills.  Maybe you will be eating with Jim Carrey or Captain Kirk?

On Wilshire Boulevard

Located in Beverly Hills, on a bustling stretch of Wilshire Boulevard, the kid-friendly Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop (greenleafchopshop.com) offers outdoor seating, counter service and a small sampling of wine. The menu includes gourmet salads like Kitchen Sink Cobb, Antioxidant Orchard and Lemongrass Chicken, as well as soups, pizzas and paninis.

Owned and operated by gourmet celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, CUT (wolfgangpuck.com) lies inside the upscale Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The restaurant serves such steakhouse cuisine as 16-ounce filet mignon, Kobe-style New York sirloin and Colorado lamb chops. Geared toward adults, the minimalist interior includes black leather booths and hardwood floors, as well as a full bar and an adjacent lounge.

Near Rodeo Drive

Just two blocks from Rodeo Drive, Scarpetta (montagebeverlyhills.com) sits within the high-end Montage Beverly Hills hotel. The setting includes hardwood floors, white leather chairs and a full bar. The restaurant offers an outdoor patio for dining and a Sunday brunch as well. Reserved for adults, the menu features Italian fare like duck ravioli and black cod with caramelized fennel.

Mr. Chow (mrchow.com) serves gourmet Chinese food, including steamed dumplings and won ton soup. Not suited for children, the restaurant features a full bar, towering ceilings and a black and white decor, including checkered floors, white cloth-covered tables, black leather booths and stark white walls. The restaurant places diners just one block from Rodeo.
